Indietronica is not dead. Copenhagen natives Altmodisch are a shining example that the genre is still alive and well. The band deliver the dictionary definition of the genre, referencing indietronica pioneers The Notwist (GER), The Electric Presidents (US) and fellow danes Efterklang. Two years ago they released their debut full length which was awarded a rather solid five stars by Scandinavian industry bible GAFFA:

Now this indietronica five-piece are ready with their follow up. Altmodisch’s second work, entitled “Watches For Asleep” was recorded with Århus’s Flemming Bloch who’s previously worked with such luminaries as Massive Attack and Under Byen.
