To say that Norwegian hip-hop has undergone a bit of a renaissance in the last decade is putting it mildly.
In spite of this it is the same names that are headlining shows as it was almost ten years ago, with one or two very notable exceptions.
A prime example would be 18 year old wunderkind Kaveh who is now on the cusp of conquering the domestic hip-hop scene. In his short career to date he’s already killed it at by:Larm, guested on a Madcon track, had a documentary about him on national television and smashed it at Slottsfjell, Øya and Hove.
