Spreading his talents across music, film making and journalism, Bob Stanley is one of the busiest individuals in the music world. He was a founder member of the UK band Saint Etienne, who recently released their eighth studio album “Words And Music”.
A prolific record collector and music obsessive, his writing has been published in the NME, Melody Maker, The Guardian and The Times. He has edited a book about football and is currently finishing his personal history of pop music, “Do You Believe In Magic”, to be published in 2013. His films “Finisterre”, “What Have You Done Today, Mervyn Day”, and “This is Tomorrow” investigate the strange landscapes and lost highways of London. Bob will be following his Q&A with a DJ set.
