Bottled in England are a duo from Copenhagen (DK), generating a high-tension energy field of hand-played drum’n’bass and dubstep that fuses technical excellence with the fierceness and recklessness of cyberpunk. Since the very beginning, Bottled in England have been collaborating with the best vocalists, rappers and musicians from Denmark not least Silas Bjerregaard (Turboweekend), Maria Mortensen (Scarlet Chives) and Troels Abrahamsen (VETO). They made it big with warmly received appearances at Roskilde Festival (DK), Melkweg Amsterdam (NL), Waves Vienna (AUS), SPOT Festival (DK) and Fusion Festival (GER) and have toured most of Europe in 2012. After their show at SPOT Festival 2012 Germany’s Rolling Stone Magazine wrote: “You could dance the night away to the drum’n’bass from the hyped Bottled in England”.
On January 7th 2013 Bottled in England will release their second EP “Architect EP” (VME) and have already over 30 confirmed shows in Denmark and the rest of Europe. It is a band bringing something new to the table and they can create a live, high quality, bass-rave like nobody else.
