LCMDF’s first record “LOVE & NATURE” got the band an international deal with Sony Publishing. The band has played on many bigger international festivals like Rock En Seine, Lowlands, Pukkelpop, Frequency, Melt, Pohoda, The Great Escape and Low Cost Festival, and industry festivals like Eurosonic, Popkomm, Berlin Music Festival, MAMA, Transmusical de Rennes, Iceland Airwaves, Spot Festival and Musiikki ja Media. They have opened for acts such as Robyn, Sleigh Bells, The Wombats, Two Door Cinema Club and 30 Seconds to Mars.
LCMDF have collaborated with producer Dave “Switch” Taylor on the single “Something Golden”. Switch is know for his work with M.I.A, Beyonce, Christina Aguilera and Santigold.
In 2012 the band started their own label Fan Recordings. During over the 2012-2013 period LCMDF will release their “Mental Health Trilogy” through Fan Recordings. The Trilogy consist of three EPs “Mental Health Pt.1, Pt.2 and Pt. 3”. In the end there will be a physical release that contains all the three EPs.
